The shipping cost is $10.00 for a single browband or $15.00 for 2 or more browbands. Shipping cost for stockpins is $5.00 for up to nine stockpins, $10.00 for up to 19 stockpins and $15.00 for 20 or more stockpins.

Returns must be approved and are only accepted with an authorization number. To obtain an authorization number you must call or email prior to shipping
your item. The authorization number needs to be included with the item being returned.

Custom Equine Works has a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase on all browbands and belts.  If a browband or belt is determined by Custom Equine Works to be faulty within one year, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Please take special care of your browbands and belts! For Stockpins, Bracelets and Dog Collars, Custom Equine Works has a 6 month limited warranty from date of purchase.  If a stockpin, bracelet or dog collar is determined by Custom Equine Works to be faulty within 6 months, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Custom Equine Works does not replace any products that are broken due to misuse, destroyed by horse or other animals, acts of God or any other harmful circumstance.  After one year from the date of purchase, the cost of restringing a browband is $45 plus shipping and handling both ways. After one year from the date of purchase, the cost of restringing a belt is $75 plus shipping and handling both ways, plus the cost of any and all lost beads. After 6 months, dog collars can be restrung for $25 and stockpins redone for $10. Bracelets are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for bracelet repairs!

For all CEW products, extra beads that are replaced will be charged individually depending on how many and what kind need to be replaced.
